Plant giveaway 2024

Native Plant Giveaway is back for 2024, and we are offering free native plant packs to residents in the Thurgoona- Wirlinga area

This year, we are offering three types of native plant packs which include species chosen for different types of gardens.

1. Pollinator pack – great for attracting birds, bees and butterflies
2. Small garden / understorey pack – for small gardens, plants under 1.5 metres
3. Large garden / overstorey pack  – for larger spaces, plants 3 metres to 16 metres

Woolshed – Thurgoona members can order 2 x plant packs (equals 20 plants)

Non- members can order 1 x plant pack (equals 10 plants)

Please note: **1 order per family**

Key Dates

Saturday 13^th April at 10am – orders will open

Sunday 5^th May at 5pm – orders will close

Saturday 11^th May 10am – 3pm – plant pick up day at Thurgoona Community Centre

Instructions to order plants

1. Go to Plants tab and click “Plant Packs”
2. There are three plant packs available: Pollinator, Small Garden and Large Garden.
3. Each species is hyperlinked to read more about them
4. Choose which pack you would like and click “Add to cart”
5. Got to cart – check your order is correct and scroll to “Proceed to check out”
6. NON- MEMBERS: Fill in all the mandatory fields on the Billing details form and click on the “Place order” button
7. MEMBERS: Click on “Returning customer? Click here to log in”
8. MEMBERS: Complete the login with your member username/ email address and password
9. MEMBERS: Add the members only code you received to "Order notes" box on right hands side of billing information
10. Click “place order” button
11. Done! You should receive a confirmation email. Bring this to pick up plants on 11^th
