- Does your property have a large tree that is within safe gliding distance (approx 40m) to gum trees in a neighbouring park, reserve, or roadside?
If you answered YES to the above questions you may be eligible to receive a free nest box to be installed on your property.
Take part in this unique conservation program involving installation of 100 nest boxes in backyards around Thurgoona and Splitters Creek, known Squirrel Glider habitat. These specially designed nest boxes will compliment tree hollows, their preferred but scarce habitat.
